When you use 100K Product, we collect:
We do not collect or store your payment card details — that's handled entirely by Stripe.
We use this information to generate your report, manage your account and credit balance, process your payment, respond to support requests, and maintain and improve the service.
We rely on the following processors to operate the service. Each handles a specific, limited part of what's needed to deliver your report:

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone beyond what's needed to operate the service as described above.
After checkout, we store a session token in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so you don't have to sign in again on that device. This token stays valid for up to a year. Clearing your browser's site data will sign you out.
We keep your account and report data for as long as your account is active, so you can access past reports and use remaining credits. You can request deletion at any time — see below.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete it, by emailing us at the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account data will also remove access to any reports and unused credits tied to it.
100K Product is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
