100K Product is a paid, self-serve tool that researches a product idea you submit and produces a report scoring it against a 25-factor framework, along with a PROCEED, REVIEW, or HOLD assessment. The report is generated using automated research and AI-assisted analysis.
The report is informational only. It is not financial, legal, investment, tax, or business advice, and it is not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of any outcome — including that any product will generate any specific amount of revenue. You are solely responsible for any business decision you make, including whether to source, order, or sell any product.
Reports are sold as a single report ($89) or a five-report pack ($299), billed once at time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.
Each report or pack purchase gives you a number of credits, each usable to run one product through the test. Credits do not expire.
A credit is only consumed when a report is successfully generated and delivered. If our system fails to generate your report due to a technical error on our end, that credit is never consumed — you're free to try again. If you were charged and a report didn't come through, email us and we'll regenerate it and get it to you at no additional cost.
Once a report has been successfully generated and delivered, the purchase is final, regardless of whether you agree with the report's findings.

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. You're responsible for keeping access to that email and any session credentials. We are not liable for loss of access resulting from you losing access to your own device, browser, or email account.

The report we generate for you is yours to use for your own business purposes. The underlying framework, methodology, software, and branding remain our property.
The service is provided "as is." Research is drawn from publicly available sources at the time your report is generated and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information despite our efforts to keep it accurate. We do not warrant that the report is complete, current, or free of error, and we recommend independently verifying any specific number — landed cost, shipping rate, regulatory requirement — before making a purchasing decision based on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 100K Product and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on a report, including lost profits or inventory losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
